What if I’ve never done yoga?
Easy. Just show up. Everyone who does yoga had to have their first class. I remember what I didn’t like about being the “new guy” and I hope to change that for everyone here. We have mat markers so you can put your mat wherever you fit. Also feel free to start with our Power Yoga 101 class.
First timer tips:
Don’t wear any heavy clothing you can’t take off
Bring a hand towel
When in Rome do as the Romans do. (Follow along and don’t worry about how it looks)
WATER, WATER, WATER! Hydrate well before and after!
If you have any questions before your first class please contact us. We would love to hear from you!

Planning on coming to Sat. Jan 12th class-9am but couldn’t see a way to let you know it’s a group-on. Am I missing something?

No worries I’ll set you up when you come. If you get the chance just sign up as unpaid online.
Stay well,

I have been to a few yoga classes a long time ago. I would like to try it again. I purchased a groupon to try your studio. When would i be able to start in one of the beginning classes?

Hey Kris,
Glad to see you getting back into it. We have a Power Yoga 101 Saturday at 9am and a Slow Flow Monday at 7pm. Both would be a great way to start. If you have any more questions please feel free.
Stay well,
Ryan Esdohr

I’ve been doing light yoga for a few years – I can’t make it to the Saturday 101 class, but curious if the Power Yoga class would be too much my first time around?

Hey Kelsi,
I would start with the slow flow, Monday,s at 7pm. If you can’t make it just come when you can. It may take you time to get comfortable with the flow and dynamics of it but if your ready you’ll learn and if you have any questions we’ll help you in any way.
Stay well,
Ryan Esdohr
